Many people think century plants bloom every 100 years.

Others say it's actually every 10 years. All I know is that on

Mt. Ord in the Mazatzal Mts., century plants have been blooming

every summer for the past several years. You simply will not find a

more spectacular display of color anywhere in the Arizona desert.
