There is a certain wisdom in the face of a
bearded Mountain Goat. They stare at
you like they know something.
I sometimes tell people this is a photo of a unicorn.
A disturbingly high percentage of people believe me.
These hefty Rocky Mt. Bighorn Sheep
make desert bighorns look anorexic.
White Tailed Deer
When traveling life's road, take time
to stop and eat the flowers.
It doesn't matter how much time and effort I put into
stalking a trophy buck. Everyone likes photos of cute
little squirrels more. This one happens to
be a Columbian Ground Squirrel
I did not pursue this beaver. He pursued me.
The hissing, tooth-flashing, tail-slapping
little guy was apparently upset that
I pitched a tent near his dam.
